The work I do

I stay close to internal programme leads who need access to experienced judgement without handing programme delivery to an external leader. I provide troubleshooting, challenge and support on difficult client situations, joining client conversations when needed while the internal lead remains responsible for running the work.

Problems I solve

• Our program lead can run the day-to-day, but they need senior judgement when a difficult client situation comes up.
• We need experienced program challenge and troubleshooting, but we do not need another full-time program director.
• We want our internal lead to take over completely, but they need someone alongside them while they build confidence with enterprise clients.
