The only thing you pay for
An introduction connects you with the fractional consultant you have matched with. One credit is one introduction, and credits never expire, so buying them is not a commitment to hire on any schedule.

The fractional consultant delivers the work, and you deal with them directly.
A flat 10% on what you buy through the Roster, taken from the transaction, never added to your price. No recruiter-style markup, and no fee on an introduction.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details.
