Program Listening

The work I do

Program Listening provides a persistent programme-intelligence capability using the organisation's own delivery information. We configure it to the client's document structure and terminology, then its flows and agents listen across programme data and surface relevant delivery signals through an intelligence playback and Control Room. Advisory support is available separately where the client wants help deciding how to intervene.

Problems I solve

• We have program information everywhere, but no single view of what is actually happening across delivery.
• Our governance tells us the reported status, but we need to see the signals underneath it.
• We are finding delivery problems too late because the warning signs sit across different teams, documents and systems.
• Too many people depend on this program for us to rely on somebody manually joining all the information together.
