Leading business change, operational readiness and adoption so organisations, people and processes are prepared for transformation.

Problems I solve

• Our transformation programme is progressing, but people do not understand what is changing, why it matters or what it means for them.
• We are introducing new systems and processes, but the business is not ready for go-live.
• Staff are resisting the changes, and our communications, training and stakeholder engagement are not achieving the expected results.
• Our business processes and operating model need to change, but responsibilities, ways of working and ownership are unclear.
• Our new system is live, but people are still using old processes, spreadsheets and workarounds, so the expected benefits are not being realised.
• We need to make a major organisational change, but lack a clear assessment of its impact on people, processes and day-to-day operations.

• Change governance and delivery recovery, At Shelter, reset governance and delivery priorities for a Dynamics 365 CRM programme, helping establish the controls needed to progress complex organisational change.
