The work I do

Growth isn't linear. It's messy—full of decisions that aren't in the handbook, processes that looked fine last quarter but now create bottlenecks, and knowledge that lives only in one person's head. I'm an operational sparring partner for founders and leaders navigating that complexity. I build operational systems and processes that let businesses scale without the founder being the bottleneck. I document how work actually happens, design software workflows, handle compliance, and coach founders through scaling decisions. I'm a people person—I manage stakeholders across departments, align teams on priorities, and bring people together around shared vision. I excel at managing people and projects, and I come in for 8-12 hours a week, fix the structural problems, document everything, then step back so the business runs independently.

Who I work with

Founders and leaders at startups, scale-ups, and established businesses who are hitting a growth ceiling because operations have become chaotic—systems are undocumented, software doesn't talk to each other, compliance is ad-hoc, and they're the only person who knows how everything works. They're typically managing 5-50 people, profitable or well-funded, and ready to invest in fixing structural problems so they can scale without burning out. They value someone who can think strategically and execute operationally, manages stakeholders and projects with care, and doesn't need hand-holding.
