The membership includes the Playbook, RCA and RMA as standalone products. RCA and RMA alone are $99 each. So on individually-priced products the membership more than covers its own cost, before you count the marketplace, the demand intelligence or the Sprints. Keep 90%, via the Roster
When a client books an eligible service directly through the Roster, you keep 90% and Greenlight takes a flat 10% for the match and the transaction, handled securely by Stripe. Direct booking applies to services up to £1,000 / $1,500; larger engagements are arranged as an introduction, where you keep the direct relationship. No recruiter-style markup. Taxes, including VAT, depend on how the work is transacted and your own tax position.
